ARCTUS is located in the Québec province of Canada. Our research center is in Rimouski, a maritime city that is very active in the domain of environmental, marine and biological sciences.
We are developing activities with regional partners such as the Université du Québec à Rimouski (UQAR) the Institut des Sciences de la Mer de Rimouski (ISMER) and the Maurice-Lamontagne Institute (MLI) of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans of Canada (DFO). Also located in Rimouski, the Technopole Maritime du Québec (TMQ) is a stimulating environment for the scientific research and technological development for a sustainable use of marine resources in Quebec’s coastal regions.
